Service Desk - Incident Impact Analysis
There are times when "Impact Analysis" does not need to go all the way to the "Disaster Recovery" world. This template centers around an issue occurring and a systematic way to gather the key data surrounding it. This will allow support personal to be more specific and intentional when preparing to fully restore service, as well as effectively communicate the status of such event to an enterprise.
