Self Care (Daily)
This board lists some self care activities that make my day better. When I don't do these things, I have less energy by the end of the day. I tried to keep the list short as to not feel overwhelmed.
I copy the cards from the left to the list with today's date.
In future versions, Butler can be used to automatically create the lists or reset the board.
