Photography Session Workflow Tracking
Use this board to track your photography sessions once they have been booked. This will give you an overview of your workflow stages.
Create a card for each session or better yet, use Zapier to automatically create one from your studio management software (we use Pixifi). Move the session card through the workflow as steps are completed.
To stay reminded of tasks that need to be done, don't move a card until all steps are completed in the previous stage.
This board comes alive through the use of Butler automations/rules, which you will have to add on your own.
- When a product type is checked, a checklist for that product is added to the card.
- When a card is moved to Order Processing, a Sale order Checklist is added, the card is copied to the Photography Order Production board, and the cards are linked as Trello attachments.
- When a card is moved to Marketing, a marketing checklist is added
NOTE: ANY TIME YOU CHANGE A LIST NAME/ADD EMOJIS, YOU HAVE TO UPDATE THE BUTLER AUTOMATION TO MATCH.
